Automatic sliding doorDJ Doors & Electrical Services Ltd specialise in the supply, installation and maintenance of automatic doors, manual doors and door systems. We are based in Bicester, Oxfordshire, and cover most of the south of England.

Our door service includes:

  • The supply and installation of low energy automatic doors, fully automatic doors and manual doors.
  • The repair, service and maintenance of all makes and models of automatic, manual, swing and revolving doors.
  • The supply and installation of other types of entrance systems as required by the customer.
  • Advice and planning with the customer on which products will best fit their needs and be the most cost effective.
  • Annual service and maintenance contracts for entrance systems as required by British Standards.
  • Aluminium door systems can be supplied if required.

DJ Doors are certified to BS 7036 (1996). Being qualified electricians as well, we can also undertake any electrical work you may need, as well as maintaining your doors.

Auto Door Conference & New Auto Door Standards

We attended the first automatic door industry conference set up by Global Automatics and found it very interesting. It was good to hear other people’s opinions on the industry and the way it's moving. While the talks were very informative, they also highlighted some shortfalls within the industry and raised the need to iron out these "grey areas" to help increase standards.

The new British Standard is also still due to come in to circulation with new additions using the EN16005. All still to be confirmed but we await the document with great interest........

In other news: Ann's Greyhound has actually won two races (I didn’t bet on these races!!), Mark's Le Mans Playstation epic was just an excuse to nick Jay's driving seat and Jay has managed to break my digital Newton meter!!

I raced my jet ski in France and it's slightly beaten up - my friends thought it would be a good idea - not so sure now, was good fun though; back to work for a rest.....
